These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and PawManager ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PawManager mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PawManager. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The App is intended for use by professional dog walkers and independent pet care businesses operating in the United States.
PawManager is a business management tool for independent dog walkers and small pet care teams (1–10 staff members). The App provides the following core features:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
PawManager offers two tiers of access:

The Free plan remains available indefinitely. Pro features are gated and accessible only with an active Pro subscription. Attempting to add a 4th client or create a recurring walk on the Free plan will prompt an upgrade offer.
All subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and managed by RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date. PawManager does not issue refunds for partial periods, in accordance with Apple's standard in-app purchase policy.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. If you have more than 3 active clients, existing client data is preserved but you will not be able to add new clients until you are within the 3-client limit or resubscribe to Pro.
You agree to use PawManager only for lawful business management purposes. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into PawManager, including client contact information, dog profiles, walk records, and payment history. By entering data into the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that data solely to deliver the App's features to you.
All data is stored in Supabase (AWS us-east-1 region) with Row Level Security enforced — no other user can access your data. Dog photos are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than operating the App. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
PawManager uses locally scheduled push notifications via Expo Notifications. No server-side system sends notifications — all reminders are scheduled on your device when a walk is created and cancelled when a walk is deleted or rescheduled. Notification types include:
You may disable notifications at any time in your device's iOS notification settings or within the App's Settings screen.
PawManager and all its content, features, and functionality — including the app design, logos, text, graphics, navigation structure, and code — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.
PawManager is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of client data, missed walks, billing errors with your clients, or loss of business — arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you are on the Free plan).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, your storage of third-party personal data without authorization, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The App integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies:
We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party service providers.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at savchik.vl@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, all your data — including client profiles, dog records, walk history, and payment records — will be permanently removed from Supabase within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Sections 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes — such as changes to pricing, data handling, or Pro feature availability — via a push notification or in-app message. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
