1 Who We Are

PawManager ("we," "us," or "our") is a mobile application for independent dog walkers and small pet care businesses. It is developed and operated as an independent product. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at savchik.vl@gmail.com.

2 Information We Collect

We do not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools in the app. We do not collect your location. All notifications are scheduled locally on your device — no notification data passes through PawManager servers.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide exclusively to operate the App. Specifically:

We never use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the App for you.

4 Data Storage & Security

All your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS us-east-1). Supabase enforces Row Level Security (RLS) policies on every table — your clients, dogs, walks, and payment records are completely isolated from all other PawManager users. No other user can query or access your data.

Dog photos are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets with policies that prevent public access. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We recommend using a strong, unique password or Sign in with Apple for maximum account security. We cannot recover your data if you lose access to your account credentials.

5 Push Notifications

PawManager schedules all push notifications locally on your device using Expo Notifications. Notification identifiers are stored in your walk records so reminders can be cancelled when a walk is edited or deleted. The following notification types may be sent:

You can disable all notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → PawManager, or individually within the App's Settings screen.

6 Third-Party Services

PawManager integrates with the following services. Each handles data under their own privacy policies:

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not sell data to data brokers.

7 Client Data You Enter

You may enter personal information about your clients — names, phone numbers, home addresses, and payment methods — into PawManager to manage your business. This data belongs to you. We process it only on your behalf to deliver the App's features.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your clients to store their personal information in a third-party cloud application, in accordance with any applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

9 Children's Privacy

PawManager is intended for use by adults (18+) running a professional dog walking business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at savchik.vl@gmail.com and we will delete the account promptly.

You have the following rights over your data:

11 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed from Supabase within 30 days.

Subscription transaction records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat in accordance with their own data retention policies. We do not control or have access to Apple's billing records.

12 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes — such as new data collection practices or new third-party integrations — we will notify you via a push notification or in-app banner. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
